Floor plans, layouts, functionality and design opportunities are reviewed to understand what could realistically be improved, what limitations may exist and whether the property aligns with the client’s long-term goals.
The purpose of the review is not to develop a complete design solution, but to determine whether the property is capable of supporting your goals before a purchasing decision is made. Where appropriate, the review can also help inform the scope and priorities of any future design work.
