Full Service Design is intended for new builds, substantial renovations and complete residential redesigns requiring continuity from early planning through completion.
An architect or building designer may establish the broader building response, but the lived interior requires concentrated attention at a different scale. Patina Design Studio focuses on how rooms connect, how people move through the home, where furniture will sit, how storage and joinery operate, how lighting supports each space and how materials transition across the interior.
Existing plans are reviewed critically rather than treated as fixed. Where necessary, Patina Design Studio refines the spatial planning and works alongside the architect, builder and specialist consultants to align the interior with structural, technical and construction requirements.
The same direction is then developed through detailed interior architecture, documentation, finishes, fixtures and furnishing. Construction-stage involvement helps protect that direction as site conditions, pricing decisions and technical questions arise, while procurement and installation complete the home as one interior.
